1️⃣ Verify your Plano.Band account

• Please log into your Plano.Band account and confirm that your student shows as an active member.
• If they are not listed as active, you will not receive Booster emails or newsletters — and we don’t want you to miss anything.

2️⃣ Review updated Band Bylaws

• Our Band Bylaws have been updated, and we will need to vote to accept these updates at the upcoming Parent Meeting Thursday, July 30.

3️⃣ Attend mandatory parent meeting — Thursday, July 30

Please join us for our first big meeting of the year:

• Thursday, July 30 @ 7 p.m. in the PSHS Auditorium
• This meeting includes key season information, volunteer requirements, and the bylaws vote.

Come out to support our first Spirit Night of the 2026-2027 school year for the Clark, Plano, and Vines Bands! 

Mention the fundraiser at the restaurant or use code RCFUND96 online/app. Cane’s will donate 15% of net sales to the Plano Cluster Bands. Let's go! 

We are excited to partner with our Wildcat Conductor Sponsor, Raising Cane’s, to offer pre‑paid meals at the Twilight Concert.

What to know:

• Meals are ONLY available by pre‑order.
• No meals will be sold at the event.
• A percentage of each meal benefits the Plano Cluster Band Programs, and all meals will be picked up directly from the Raising Cane’s food truck on site at Clark Stadium. 
• Grab your dinner and enjoy a phenomenal show from our Clark, Vines, and Plano Bands!

After the concert, stop by the Smo’s Donuts Truck in the Clark Stadium parking lot and support our amazing Color Guard. A portion of every purchase goes directly to the Cluster Color Guard.

Registration Day is almost here and we need our parent army to assemble! Two ways to get involved:

• Friday, Aug. 7: Help set up the night before the big day.
• Saturday, Aug. 8: Jump in on variety of opportunities to help our students get registered, fitted for their uniforms, gather all their gear, and more.

Show off your band student with a 2026–2027 Plano Band photo button! These keepsake buttons feature your student’s official band photo and are perfect for game days and concerts.

• Choose your quantity
• Customize the name (Joe vs. Joseph? You decide!)
• One form per student — siblings can be combined on a special Sibling Button, too!

🎷 Student photos will be taken on Saturday, Aug. 8 during Registration Day. Sibling button photos will be taken during the combined Cluster game.

The Plano Senior High, Clark, and Vines Bands invite local businesses to partner with us for the 2026–2027 marching and concert season. Sponsorships help fund aging equipment, need‑based student scholarships, and clinicians who work directly with our students. Our cluster is committed to raising $10,000 to support nearly 1,000 families across our feeder programs.

We also encourage parents, alumni, and friends of the Plano Band to help spread the word. If you know a local business that values community, education, or the arts, please share our sponsorship opportunities and invite them to join us in supporting these incredible students.
